Terms of Service

By accessing juneai.ca or purchasing a JuneAI license key, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of JuneAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Upon successful payment, JuneAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the JuneAI software for the duration specified by your purchased plan (Monthly, 8-Month, 1-Year, or 2-Year). The license is valid for a single installation unless otherwise stated.

Your license key is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to keep the key secure. JuneAI is not liable for unauthorised use resulting from your failure to protect the key.

This license grants you the right to use the software in its delivered form. It does not grant ownership of the software, its source code, or any intellectual property associated with JuneAI.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the JuneAI software or your license key.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of JuneAI. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.

You may not use JuneAI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Abuse of the licensing system - including sharing keys, attempting to forge keys, or circumventing license checks - will result in immediate termination without refund.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. JuneAI does not store your payment card details.

Subscription plans (Monthly, 8-Month, 1-Year, 2-Year) are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt from Stripe to your email address after each successful charge.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in service interruption. You can update your payment method at any time through the billing portal link provided in your receipt email.

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for first-time buyers who have not been able to activate their license key. See our full Refund Policy for details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable once the new license period has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will not be charged again, and your key remains valid until the period ends.

JuneAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to misuse of license keys, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks filed in bad faith.

Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued and any outstanding amounts you owe remain payable.

JuneAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuneAI expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JuneAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or goodwill - arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of JuneAI shall not exceed the amount you paid to JuneAI in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
